New Building Costs Included

Your condominium fee includes both the building or phase maintenance fee plus the master association fee covering all buildings and phases.

All permits, impact fees and utility connections
Soil pretreatment and visqueen vapor barrier
Automatic landscaping irrigation sysytem

The fee is computed on an annual projected budget and is subject to change without notice.

In addition, you do not have additional CDD (Community Development District) taxes, like some other communities.
