Location

Located at the heart of what is coming to be known as the "New Cape Coral" Concordia is located just East of Del Prado on Kismet Parkway. It’s an area of Cape Coral that is home to many newly announced master planned communities in and around the Cape Coral Academic Village and the vibrant Entrada neighborhoods being developed by several large national home builders.

Concordia is also very close to the new "Festival Park" and Cape Coral's new Regional Park an elaborate environmentally protected series of trails and public areas.
