Concordia has one of the best equipped recreation centers in the region for a community of it's size. The Fitness center is the perfect spot for a serious workout or fitness maintenance program. The inspiring view overlooks the lake.

Infinity Edge Pool and Spa

The Infinity edge pool is perfect for floating around or making laps. The spa is heated to take the edge off a long day. Plenty of sundeck surrounds them both to read and get the perfect tan. When you need some shade, head over to the shaded lanai.

Five Acre Lake

The heart of the community is a serene, five acre lake, providing a natural center for walking trails, home views and the walking/biking paths. The fitness center, lanai, and pool overlook the large body of water.
